Lottery 7 Password Reset
If you cannot remember your Lottery 7 password, stop guessing. The login screen has a Forgot password? option, and its header tells anyone who forgets a password to contact customer service.
Using Forgot password? on Lottery 7
- Go to the Lottery 7 login screen.
- Tap Forgot password?, which appears alongside the Remember password option.
- Follow the prompts that appear. If you are asked for a new password, the sign-up rule is a sensible guide: 8 or more characters mixing letters and numbers.
- Return to the login screen and sign in with the new password.
We did not record the screens that open after Forgot password, so any verification step there is set by the platform. Read each prompt before moving on.
After the Lottery 7 lock message appears
Get the password wrong more than 10 times and a lock message appears. Its wording tells you to use Forgot password and change to a new password to unlock.
- Once that message shows, switch to the reset instead of trying the old password again.
- Reset first, then sign in with the password you just created.
- If the reset prompts will not accept your details, move on to customer service.
The Contact customer service button on Lottery 7
A Contact customer service button sits on the login screen. Try it if the reset keeps failing or you no longer have the phone number tied to the account.
